Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to inspect your deliveries upon receipt and notify Intrinsix immediately of any product damage
  • Any damage should be noted on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves.
  • Claims for damaged products must be made on the same day as delivery.
