These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Intrinsix website and the purchase of products from Intrinsix Lighting (“Intrinsix”). By placing an order with Intrinsix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders
- You may place orders for Intrinsix products through Intrinsix contact us page, phone, or text.
- Purchase orders must include the following information:
- PO number
- Shipping address
- Shipping name and phone number
- Product part number and/or description
- Intrinsix will send an order confirmation email verifying price, quantity, and shipping details. Review the order confirmation carefully. Any discrepancies must be reported before the final invoice is sent and the product is shipped.
2. Payment
- Standard payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless other terms are pre-approved by Intrinsix.
- Credit cards are accepted for payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Invoices paid by credit card after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 3% surcharge, even with special terms.
- Other accepted payment methods include checks and ACH.
- Contact [email protected] for account details. Accounts 60 days past due may be sent to collections.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- It is your responsibility to notify Intrinsix immediately of any product damage upon arrival.
- Note any damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves.
- Claims must be made on the same day of delivery, so thoroughly inspect your deliveries upon receipt.
- Shipping estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen price fluctuations between the estimate date and the shipment date.
- You may ship fittings using your UPS account if desired. Intrinsix does not use any carriers other than UPS for parcel delivery.
- No guaranteed delivery dates are offered unless previously agreed upon in writing, and additional fees may apply.
- Intrinsix is not liable for penalties associated with modified shipments, lift gate deliveries, redeliveries, or other unforeseen delivery challenges.
- Next-day air and expedited orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time for same-day shipping.
4. Warranty
- Products come with a warranty from the date of purchase from Intrinsix.
- Warranty claims must be approved before returning the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, your account will be credited for the shipping cost.
- Intrinsix will provide a replacement solution, part, or credit your account.
5. Returns
- Returns are accepted in good, resalable condition with no restocking fee in accordance to Intrinsix Warranty Terms.
- All returns must be shipped to the Intrinsix warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, Intrinsix will issue a refund in the form of an account credit.
- All return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) obtained from Intrinsix customer service and include the original purchase order number.
6. Limitation of Liability
Intrinsix shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Schaumburg, Illinois, USA.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intrinsix and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
